My girlfriend and I have lived in Baldwin our whole lives and all we've ever wanted is a nice home to live in and grow old together. Call us picky, but we could not see ourselves settling for new/shoddy construction, cookie cutter neighborhoods, HOA's, all that stuff. We wanted something unique, lived-in, sturdy, a cozy old neighborhood, something we could make our own. In 2021, when we finally had our credit and savings looking alright, we went house-hunting and ultimately gave up; affordable homes are a shrinking dream for homegrown folks like us, as investors continue to achieve their goal of owning and leasing everything in sight, but I digress. The few realtors we worked with at the time were inexperienced, jaded, and seemingly uninterested in our humble house hunt; I'm sure they were used to fewer questions and sweeter commissions than what they were going to get from us. It was a disheartening experience all around and we ultimately shelved our dream for the time being. Cut forward to 2023 and we're ready to try again. We got Peaches' number based on recommendations from a couple of Shelby's work acquaintances and we could not possibly have made a better decision. We called Peaches and she immediately went to bat for us. We'd already had a first house in mind to look at; Peaches must also be a lucky charm, because it was perfect. Like I said, we are very picky, but it fit nearly everything we had been dreaming of. Peaches understood the assignment and once we decided to make an offer, she was instantly a dedicated ally to us in securing our home. Peaches' years of experience as a realtor, plus many more years experience as a flipper, were pivotal to helping us secure a great price for the house as well as working out some final additions, repairs, etc with the selling agent. We were shocked the amount of time and care she put into our case. Throughout the whole process, Peaches was extremely communicative. She was perfectly happy explaining any confusing details and helping understand all of the paperwork. She was wonderful answering every question, not just to our satisfaction, but to hers as well; she could tell when we still didn't quite get something and she would make sure that we understood everything before moving on. She wasn't only helpful, she was a guiding hand in the entire process. Morning or night, whatever our availability, she would call and let us know the latest updates, make sure everything was getting finished, etc. We couldn't have asked for better help. She was pleasant, fun, and a joy to work with the entire time. Even when my lender started introducing some speed bumps near the closing date, Peaches was on top of it. To cut a long story short, some lack of communication between the folks at my bank led to our closing date to be up in jeopardy. Peaches managed to muscle through and make some calls to make sure our closing date worked. Even though it meant some last minute scrounging for checks and driving to changes of location (bank's fault), Peaches was there the whole time and didn't miss a step. We got our keys that afternoon and officially owned our dream home. I cannot thank Peaches enough for her dedication and care for our particular story and case. As humble as it was, she treated it like it was a billion dollar purchase. For that, she will always be a friend to us and we will always be grateful! I want to commend Peaches Fink for her awesome work with my property. There is a bit of a story to tell, but I'll try not to be to lengthy. I called Peaches Fink of Mobile Bay Realty looking to downsize after the tragic loss of my husband, as it was just me now. Peaches was on top of it and showed me several places. She showed me a beautiful townhome which I was interested in. But, it wasn't as easy as you would think to just get to see this home. The owner was out of state and a renter was in it. At first the renter refused to let us see the place, but Peaches didn't give up that easy. After a few days and very polite conversations with the owner and with the renter she let us see it. I fell in love with it and made an offer contingent on a few repairs. Peaches wasted no time in getting all the paperwork together with the offer and repairs to be made. The repairs included mold remediation, new paint inside and a new roof. Peaches worked tirelessly to get all the repairs done in a very timely manner. Peaches literally held my hand and guided me through the whole process. I was so lost after losing my husband, but Peaches guided me through the whole process. Including all the paperwork which intimidated me at first. Peaches explained everything, basically holding my hand throughout this new chapter in my life. After happily living in the house for two year, I met my current husband. I called Peaches, and asked her if she would help me sell the townhouse, as I was now living with my husband in Fort Walton Beach Florida. Peaches and I had a great reunion, and she got right to work on listing my townhome. Because I lived so far away, Peaches took it on herself to make sure my house was always ready to show. She sweep the outside entrance, blow the pine straw off my back deck, sweep areas throughout the house as needed. She made sure it was show ready at all times. Peaches has stayed in touch with me continuously, letting know about all showings. Now we are on the home stretch, we have a buyer, and will be closing in less than two weeks! I highly recommend Peaches Fink with Mobile Bay Realty. She is the most conscientious and personable lady I have ever worked with! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell, as I did both with Peaches. Also, I forgot to mention, Peaches was recommended highly by a friend, and I would recommend her over anyone else!

We first came across Peaches in July 2022 when looking for a realtor for a cross county move. Knowing ZERO information about the area we were moving too, what time frame we were working with, and having no family or friends within the state to lean on for a trusted opinion and advice, its fair to say we were terrified! Over the course of the year Peaches stayed in touch texting and calling back and forth and just was constantly in touch and listening to what our idea of an ideal home would be. I honestly feel like I have grown so close to Peaches over this last year and consider her a trusted friend that I continue to go to for advice! Fast forward to June 2023, suddenly the call came to not only go, but how quickly could we be there? My first instinct was to pick up the phone and text my realtor, who at that exact time was on a plane traveling across the country herself for a family medical emergency. From a family room at a Chicago hospital not only did Peaches find our home, a brand new build, but it was under contract in record time. Over the course of the next month I can not even begin to explain how grateful I am that I had a trusted advisors feet on the ground to take care of walk throughs, negotiations, advice, referrals for inspectors, repairs, back to inspect repairs! She was pointing out finishing touches to the builders contractor-at more than one point in time she was on her hands and knees on a FaceTime call with me touching up paint! Day of close, when the builders notary was a no show (we were still in Wisconsin at this time) Peaches was there and had the builder AND title company on SPEED DIAL insuring us that we wouldnt be homeless the next morning. Friday night at 8pm on the last day of the month a new notary was magically found and our home was purchased. Long story short, my husband and I walked into our new sight unseen home for the first time that Sunday afternoon and felt confident doing so because we had Peaches, and because of her I knew it was going to be exactly what we were expecting! I am so extremely grateful to have been blessed with finding Peaches, it is hard to put into words exactly how much I would recommend her for your family! 10/10 recommend, most trustworthy, reliable, and caring person ever! Thank you Peaches! You were our light during this past year of uncertainty!
