Sean's Prime Dining

I visited Sean's tonight for a business dinner. The place wasn't busy but it got busy during our meal. The staff was unprepared and untrained. That is not their fault. The New York Strip looked delicious, but the waiter didn't bring me a knife, nor was there one on the table, so I had to wait. When I finally got to my dish, it was lukewarm. Not great, and I expected an entree with a garnish or some side of some sort. I have been to much more affordable and casual restaurants that have much better beef. A lot to improve here, but at least the place is modern cozy and clean. Suitable for a business dinner, if you want to impress with big $$, but not great.

One of my favorite places to eat in fairhope hands down. Always an amazing experience. Great food and atmosphere. Cant say enough good things about the staff. Always so helpful and informative about anything on the menu. Chef Sean is truly incredible.

Atmosphere was really good. Reservation at 6 and not many people there. Servers were attentive. The issue was the stark mediocrity of the food which would have been available for 200.00 less at an Applebees. Hardly a fine dining experience.
