Wok by d'Bay

First time trying Wok by dBay and I must say its now in my top tier of favorite restaurants in Fairhope. We were promptly seated and lucky to be outside on a beautiful Fairhope evening. Service was spot on and food over the top. We started with the crab hush puppies, followed by shrimp tempura rolls. We shared the honey coconut shrimp entree. All I can say is wow! Each course was phenomenal and served perfectly. Highly recommend Wok by dBay for any occasion!

We tried to dine in after waiting 15 mins for a table even though they clearly had tables available. After finally being seated at a very tiny 2 person table with a child the wait staff failed to acknowledge us after sitting there for 10+ mins. We watched the wait staff pick and choose 2 other newly sat tables. Extremely unprofessional staff. AVOID AT ALL COST! There are so many other wonderful food establishments in Fairhope. Take your business elsewhere which Im glad we did seeing the other reviews that they serve bagged/microwave food.This is a shame!

Horrible service, avoid this place at all cost. I know we will never be back after being discriminated against. They pick and choose who they want to serve which is flat out wrong. We were completely ignored for 10+ minutes while everyone else was helped around us including other newly sat tables after us. When we brought this up as we were leaving we were just dismissed. They also refused to let us talk to a manager in person, horrible service and establishment we will never be back.

I loved this little gem in downtown. There is additional seating outside which is really nice. My server was wonderful. The food and the vibe was great.
