        Friendly, informative, fast service. Good sales. Delicious, hot food & cold shakes with various menu choices. Quiet, decently clean place to dine inside but not updated or well-kept. To be fair, we came on an unusually busy day. Even still, they kept up with servicing the self-serve station (utensils, drinks, condiments) well.

        Just visited Arbys at 8:30 tonight in Fairhope Al and they told me they are out of roast beef ao I told them I would just go somewhere else and as I was driving off there was three employees laughing like they told me a lie just so Arbys knows Im posting this it happen on march 26,2024 at 8:30 Fairhope al location

        Hard to rate any higher when you walk in to the lobby and staff is just turned with their back to customers while attending to some personal business on a cellular device. With how loud the lobby door slams you would think an employee would hear. Waited about 1 minute standing at the counter and she never checked up. Guess this franchise will be one of the 2024 bankruptcy filings.
