        THEY CHARGE YOU 480 DOLLARS A YEAR NOT INCLUDING THE DOCTOR VISIT

        I called in about late February and was advised to fill out paperwork which I did. I was told I would receive a call back and its been almost 6 months and I never heard back and can never get ahold of anyone. Its understandable that there has been an influx of people needing help but there is no excuse to not openly communicate that issue.

        Flexible and helpful with the challenges of managing medicine with college, travel, etc. Strict about staying within the ever-changing rules and makes sure everything is above board but really good at making it work. THANKS!

        Can never get anyone on the phone and none of the dial-by options are the person I need to speak with. Also they increased the reoccurring fees you're required to pay - that alone made me switch to another doctor.
