Great experience with Ideal Lawn Solutions. They installed our lawn irrigation system for our new residence, and I asked for instructions how to run it. They came out adjusted some of the heads, explained how they work and walked me thru the programming the zones. Very knowledgeable about the sod requirements/mowing and overall care of our lawn. This company does not have to be micro managed. They do the job and send enough people to get it done. So, glad I switched from DC Lawn, because they sent 1 person to do a team's job and I was very dissatisfied. But Ideal Lawn gets the job done and never bothers you. Thank you! UPDATED REVIEW: Lindsay got in contact with me (appears to have been a communication issue with rotating cell phones). Previous promises are being completed, follow up and customer service are back on track. From my observations Ideal Lawn Solutions stands behind their work and if the customer is not satisfied, they will do their best to make it right. Thank you for getting back with me and fulfilling your promises. (Previous Review) Ideal Lawn Solutions installed our inground irrigation system. I am not sure how many crews they have or use for this type of work, but our installation was poor and shallow. If you have had irrigation systems installed, I would encourage you to check the depth of some of the PVC. Ours was right under the sod and if we had aerated the lawn all of our PVC would have been busted and cracked. I contacted Ideal Lawn Solutions and Lindsey assisted (reason for 2 stars instead of 1) by providing some upgraded equipment and having some of the underground and exposed valves covered since I corrected the shallow piping and a few of the other issues. I used to install inground irrigation systems, so I am familiar with installation and repairs. Also, it was determined that the sod that was used to sod our yard was infested with a fungus and that it would be replaced. 5 months later I am still waiting for sod replacement. I was assured back in July that the sod would be replaced when the new build properties got sodded. All of the home next to and across from us are sodded but we are still waiting. Ideal Lawn Solutions might do great work with regard to other landscaping projects but our projects were not up to speed and waiting for resolution for this long shows poor customer service. Due to the length of time for resolution and not hearing back from Ideal Lawn Solutions since July, 2022 I have had to get the BBB involved to see if they can help resolve this issue.
