Stephanie worked with us throughout our renovation and was patient as we had to reschedule her 3 times based on the flow of our end process. We had our house staged less than a week because we had two written offers within a day. After we accepted the offer, she quickly removed everything so our final touches could be finished because of our 2 week closing timeframe. Stephanie and Taylor with Spruced up helped me to create the interiors for my new cafe. Charges 400.00 for a design consultation which is for designer to "gather as much information as needed to create a custom design package" (per marketing materials). I received a couple of suggestions after the consultation only after asking for them a couple of times. Then I looked back at the marketing materials and it says "no information or feedback will be given to the client." I really wish I had picked up that 400.00 is just for designer to look at home only. I realize that I am paying for time but that is just too much. Also, designer did not bring any fabric/paint samples/catalogs or any pictures of past work to the consultation. I have worked with designers before and a consultation should be brief and inexpensive to see if there is a match (and demonstrate designer's style for different budgets). I really thought I would get a brief, specific plan for $400.00. Designer a nice person but I do not recommend.
