        They showed up took one look at the job said it was too big for them and walked away and left me in a very compromising position. I was doing the walk through of the final purchase of my home the next morning at 9:30 a.m. I'm still waiting on my refund.

      This is a completely inaccurate and false review. We refused John Thomas service based on his verbally ABUSIVE and physically AGGRESSIVE behavior towards our cleaners upon their arrival. They vacated the premises immediately. We have never, and will never, ask our cleaners to stay in a threatening or dangerous environment. His behavior was completely inappropriate and I hope that no other service provider is ever put in the same situation that our cleaners were. To leave a review online after such inappropriate behavior is just shameful. Second, Mr. Thomas was NOT charged a penny. We instructed our cleaners to leave immediately to keep them safe and cancelled his service FREE OF CHARGE. We are an upstanding, reputable company who takes care of its professionals and its clients.
