I have to say that I worked for years in this field. Such a bad experience in two days with nothing done for the patient. I spoke to the clinical director who had no compassion which means if he doesn’t then others in the company are probably the same. Good luck getting a phone call or the care promised. We terminated services less than 48 hours later. Be careful who you leave your loved ones with and you do have the right to terminate services. Prayers to you and your loved one the best possible home health out there 🙏

We moved to Fairhope, August, 2008. Within a week my husband was diagnosed with dual lobe brain cancer; we had to be in-hospital for a week each chemo. Thomas Home Health took care of him from first arriving home to his "discharge" with "NED"=no evidence of disease, Two years later. We could not have had BETTER nor MORE CARING assistance. One nurse in particular, Ms. Wendi became "Our Angel" for she lifted his Spirit when no-one else could; she was no-nonsense yet loving. We would have called them this last time but they did not have hospice; YET, Ms. Wendi CAME and for that, I am eternally grateful. You will not find a more professional or caring company.
