McDonald's - CLOSED

Stopped to grab a quick Togo burger with adult sons. We waited for our meals and they brought us part of our meals. Woman asked what we were waiting on and one son( who had just received his meal) was trying to tell her that what we were waiting on was the same as his, only with a Dr pepper and not sweet tea.. she kept sticking her finger up in his face to hush him and looking at me..I nodded towards him and said exactly what he was trying to say..she ignored my words..so he tried repeating himself..again ..she stuck her finger up in his face to hush him and looked at me..I replied..she again ignored what I was saying and then when he replied stuck her fingers in his face to hush him. Finally ..third time she finally listened to me , all the time with her fingers in her face..when my other son finally got his meal, I told her ( calmly) that her behavior was extremely rude and that she really needed to find some manors( I promise I was polite) she rolled her eyes and went to register to help another customer ( which was the first good decision she had made since we got there. ) Other customers were there that were having more trouble than us in getting their meals and milk shakes, which is what she appeared to be in charge of. It wasn't some teenager that you might expect this behavior from, either, it was a middle age woman. Will avoid stopping in there in the future. Fries were cooked so hard no one could eat them. ..so not worth the trouble of the chance of dealing with her.

Ive been to this McDonalds 3 times now with in 3 months and sat at the intercom 10 minutes or more each time. I left all 3 times because the inside lane kept getting their order taking and never took mine. Im will never go back to that McDonalds again. Its awful! I would rate it -2 stars if I could.

Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Ordered online at least 10 mins or so before arriving, gave them our code for our order at drive-thru by the time we finally made it to the window (about 20mins waiting, also feel the need to mention that when I rolled down my car window the stench coming from inside the restaurant was AWFUL, literally SMELLED LIKE BOURBON STREET. I about gagged ) they had not even started preparing our order (and asked to see our receipt and needed to see our order from the app) which resulted in us waiting ANOTHER 20 minutes before we finally got our food- once we received our food we were missing our fries so my boyfriend took the bag to the door (which was locked, an employee had to let him in) while i parked. Eventually we got all our food but its safe to say i will NEVER be going to this McDonalds location again. Ive tried to go through the drive thru here in the past and the line has been so long and not moving that Ive exited it on several occasions McDonalds Corporate needs to send some folks down here and get this location running right or they just need to shut it down or maybe the health department will because it smells so bad, no way its clean with the stench!!!!!!!

The customer service was on point!! The only thing that was fresh and good was my fries my drink was nasty my sandwich was just awful I didn't have time to turn around.. or to call because I had to be back at work. Just giving me more reasons not to eat there....
