Little Point Clear Suites & Space

We spent the night in the polo bunk room and the North Port room. The room was large and had the kitchen and a nice porch with chairs to relax. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. We loved staying here and will stay again in the future.

Such a disappointment... My daughter had talked non stop about this possibly being her wedding venue since this is exactly what she was looking for. However, this is the worst experience she has had with a venue whilst looking for wedding venues. Tricia was the absolute worst person to talk to! We live 6 hours away, so she told my daughter and her fianc that they could get on a video call with her, and shed tour them around the venue. She forgot about the virtual tour and assured them shed send a video of the venue through email or text. She also forgot about that She never seemed fazed about forgetting their appointment and never apologized either. My daughter had sent numerous messages reminding, and practically begging, Tricia to send a video tour. She continuously ignored my daughter and gave lousy excuses. Her wedding is exactly a year away and Tricia responded with "she didn't understand their urgency". I'm not sure why she'd question someone wanting to pay them? But I also know that booking a year out is normal and not "urgent". I dont understand the issue even if it was urgent??? We have tried booking another tour but Tricia will not respond (as usual). Save yourself time and money, and go somewhere else that would be happy to have you and not give you a headache!

Great location just outside of Fairhope. Room was very nicely furnished. Highly recommend!

Little Point Clear was a fantastic spot to stay. 90 seconds from the Grand Hotel. Fresh and stylish rooms. Great hosts. Will be back!

I am normally a very laid back person and I love to go with the flow, especially when it comes to planning my own wedding. However, this is by far the WORST experience I've had with any venue while wedding planning. First of all, its super hard to get in touch with anyone about prices, packages, etc. Even the website isnt the most informative, but honestly that wasnt a big deal for me. I understand mistakes happen and people get busy, but for a business to continuously "forget" and then ignore my messages for days/weeks, that is PATHETIC!!! They obviously don't value every customer and this was all just one big joke. The only reason this place deserves one star is because its a beautiful venue. I honestly thought LPC was going to be our place and I was beyond excited, but after this horrendous experience, ABSOLUTELY NOT! As if wedding planning isnt stressful enough, this just makes it so much harder :(
