        We did not have a good experience here. For starters an ice cream shop caters to families with children, yet there are a whole lot of stairs you have to ascend in order to get inside. How can they not have a ramp for strollers when thats your target audience? Next the manager was subtly rude and passive aggressive towards us. And were a family with a special needs child which felt discriminatory. There were a grand total of 3 customers there during our visit. When youre hurting for customers at least treat the ones you got kindly. That would be management 101 dummy! The life cream was just okay.

        Delicious and adorable ice cream shop. Lots of delicious flavors to choose from. Seating both indoors and outdoors. Everyone was very friendly. There was a pretty long line, but it moved really quickly. Will absolutely return!

        Chris the owner and her husband ALWAYS have a smile on their face and happy to help you. They have ice cream and yogurt options and so much more. I get the Fairhope Float with yogurt instead of ice cream and its perfect. Love this place.
