        We had a large project and those are never fun. lance was there every step of the way. He makes it a point of being very responsive to even the smallest question. I dont think I ever waited over an hour for him to get back to me. We love our addition and we were sure glad he was there to help us along with all the permit and final inspections. His patience is something to be rewarded.

        We worked with Green Coast Living on a wheel chair ramp adding a cable rail system. Communication was excellent working around other parts of the build to give the home owner the look they wanted. We look forward to working with them again in the future!!
