Not the best experience. They lost my paperwork at the front office and instead of just calling and ask I repeat the notes the lady called yelling at me stating that they dont know whats wrong with my vehicle. I paid $130 for them to tell me nothing was wrong with the car and it broke down 5 minutes after I went down the road. Very unprofessional customer service and very dismissive

Our Air condition in our car was going out . We took to Lott Auto Care off Hwy 98 by Parker Rd and Mr Lott just so happened to be in the lobby and looked at our car himself . We got our car serviced the same day. Needed new blower . Truly appreciate the work and service provided . I would recommend Lott Auto Care . Everyone was so kind and service was Awesome!
