White Oak Creek Park Day Use Area

Beautiful park. We had our family reunion picnic here. Guard is very nice. Pavillion #1 is a great spot. The fish be really jumping, so you can do some good fishing here. Overall, it was clean and very calming spot on the lake. Playground: Nice playground for kids Restrooms: Restrooms are clean and cold!! Escape the heat lol.

Nice place , i havent gone in about a year , But today , this elderly couple told me my dog couldnt swim, after my dog did it for like one hour LOL The wife was nice and polite, But the husband was just okay he asked me if i paid my fee , of curse i did, i raised myself with morals , there is not way i wouldnt pay my fee even if it was in the middle of nowhere, Then he said , your dog needs to be on leash , when clearly my dog was the moment he arrived , and yes , my dog was not on her leash while she was swimming, but i told him , i only had her without leash because there was nobody in the park. Like i mentioned before one thing about me is my morals are very high i would never allow my dog to be without a leash if anyone else was there . He said it meanly WELL IS THE LAW , Like okay man, we left after a walk i dont know who they are but they need to chill I know this place for like 15 years. I know pretty well people swim there unless they dont anymore But nobody complain about dogs swimming at creek town or lake point
