        We ordered a dumpster last Friday. I explained to Savanna that we were gutting our house and would need the dumpster for longer than a week. We showed up today and it's gone. It wasn't even a 1/3 full. We called and they said they called me twice and left a voice mail. I checked. Nope. They'll bring another one back out for another $500. I don't think so. I would NOT recommend using them for anything. Thank you. 9/26/23: Adding to my original review after reading the response from the office manager. The review still stands. I received a phone call at 7:44am. I did not recognize it and waited to see if they left a voice mail. No voice mail was left. So, either Savanna needs to check her very detailed notes again or you need to do some more training. Like, no lying (that's the part that gets me). And her very detailed notes should have also included the fact that I DID tell her we would need it longer than a week. Your "offer" to "help" was for us to reorder another dumpster from you. And what is with the, "I will be more than glad to speak to you about it." You have my number, but I'm sure you already called twice and left a voice mail. We have another dumpster coming from someone else. Thank you.

        My thoughts exactly of the man below, they are a definite rip off, they rented me a backhoe when I got there it was a tractor with a backhoe attachment, with a busted line they had to call somebody out there to repair it, I couldn't even use it, lost a whole bucket of pea gravel, then when I took it back, the guys at the shop said yea we knew a cylinder needed repacking, the tried get my money and lady went to claiming there's nothing wrong with it at all nobody had a problem with it, guess this, hydraulic fluid all over my trailer is my imagination, well I'm bout to take it to cleaner and have my imagination billed to them and every chance I get they getting a bad review. Place is a joke. Sad cause the guys that work there are good. Seriously considering a lawyer, not got the money, cause I'd spend double that just to get that back from them. Not bout the money bout what's right. Didnt even offer another day, I would off been satisfied with that, but if the machine goes down it's on your time not theirs

      Hey Andree I am the Office Manager at MPG and spoke to your husband when the issue was brought to me. Savanna did explain to you over the phone & also on email how our rentals work as far as time frames, additional charges, extensions, etc. We make very detailed notes on every order to make sure the customer has the correct equipment and for the correct time. When the order was taken it was not requested for longer than 7 days (which is standard) and the order was sent to you for approval dating a 7 day rental from 9/15 to 9/21, all paperwork was signed, returned and paid for. If we are not contacted to pick up the rental early or requested to extend the rental longer we will still try and make contact before pickup to confirm. Savanna did call twice and left a VM, we did not hear back so it was dispatched for pickup. We have rentals requested for 1-2 days and we have some requested for months to years at a time and more than not after the order is taken/delivered we do not hear back, so no contact from the customer isn't unusual. We have picked up several dumpsters in the past that doesn't have the bottom full or even a few boxes, so it not being full doesn't raise a red flag for the drivers. I'm sorry if there was an issue receiving the calls, unfortunately we have no control. We try our best with every rental to make sure the customer is happy and do what we can. We are here to service our community/customers and we will take pride in that. I offered to help and fix the issue and I will be more than glad to speak to you about it.
