5 STARS EVERYONE! If you are looking for the most thorough, knowledgeable, responsive and positive lender, look no further. Kim Frazier was such a blessing to me. I was initially introduced to a lender that told me that I could not qualify for the amount that I needed for MY NEW HOME, but God led me to Kim and I am so grateful. In just one phone call, she restored my hope that was almost lost and within 24 hours of submitting my documents to her, I was preapproved. She will guide you through the home buying process and hold your hand until the very end. I highly recommend Kim Frazier. Did I mention that my mortgage rate (given the current rates) is outstanding?! Even the closing attorney advised me that this was the lowest one that he has seen as of late. Thank you Kim!
