        horrible form of communication that is delaying our company to be paid from a contract that was approved. Major lack of leadership with this location and higher up of Tower Loans. Common sense isn't fully there. Filed complaint with the BBB and The Alabama Attorney Generals Office after refusing to pay on contract that was approved.

        Archaic forms of communication that purposefully delay everything from contracts to payments. Nearly everything is faxed or hand carried in and out of their offices. No two locations can communicate with one another with a lack of leadership inside locations and senior leadership outside locations. Everybody is sorry and understands your problems, but nobody can help you. Common sense is not very common. Filed complaint with the BBB and Alabama Attorney Generals Office after refusing to pay on contract.
