UPDATE: I posted a review months ago and it wouldnt be right if I didnt correct it. I thought I had been reaching out to the secretary or someone from the company and it turns out this individual no longer worked there so my emails went unanswered. After speaking to the correct person here the owners were QUICK to come fix the issues. And I mean quick. An entire crew came out and did a great job. I believe this type of response warrants my previous 3 star to a 5 star review. Just purchased this home a month ago. I wasnt sure if I was going to write a review but Im pretty unhappy. $350,000 for this house. Non of the doors are aligned properly, the door to the garage can either lock the bottom or top latch but cant do both. The front door when you open i, its stuck open. The toilet in the guest bathroom isnt secured so when you sit it wobbles and shakes. Under the bathtub is just blocks of mismatched wood holding it up. The trim all over doesnt line up. Half the cabinets inside in the kitchen arent painted. Theres a dining room light fixture not installed but placed in my pantry so theres lights in the dining room that go to nothing. Both toilet paper holders fell off the first day and theres just holes behind it and most of my handles to all my pantries in the bathrooms and kitchens fell off. The large drawer that holds trash in the kitchen doesnt close. The stones outside on the pillars are falling off. The mantle on the fireplace that supposed to hold the tv wobbles and Im just waiting for it to fall off. This house is brand new, new been lived in. A few of these things listed were on my home inspection and signed off that they were fixed they were not. If I could do it again I wouldnt have bought this house. If this many things are this bad and has barely been lived in for a month Im terrified of what other corners were cut during the building and if its structurally sound. I have videos of all of it but I wasnt able to upload videos. Overall its a beautiful home but deeply disappointed by the effort.

They have replaced two roofs for our properties and we have been impressed both times. Very timely and have attention to detail.
