        Cant speak about the amenities or HOA, just here doing some irrigation for a client, but this is a beautiful, small subdivision with very large lots. Youre definitely not on top of your neighbor and I love that the developer didnt clear out all the trees like so many do. Would be thrilled to come back if anyone reading this needs pavers or irrigation. My partner and I do excellent work! Reliable, responsible, and reasonable!! 479 502 64eight one
