The Boat Lift Store

Having ordered from these folks several years ago, I made the assumption that I could buy again with confidence. Wrong ! I realize that Covid has caused delays in shipping etc, however, I paid my deposit of $1500 in November of 2021 and have not heard a peep since inspite of numerous calls. The "owner" does not respond to messages. They have all ine information they need to provide the refund, but have chosen to do Nothing. Bad business practices all around.

Do not order from this company! We put an order in for a boat lift in May 2021. We said it would be ready in July 2021. Today is 11/25 and we still have not received our lift after numerous calls and emails. We only received a generic response that it will be another 30-45 days. We are sick of waiting. We went the whole summer without our lift. The cost saved from using this company was not worth it. Pay the extra cash and look somewhere else.

Best customer service ever.....complete line of parts....when it comes to any type of lift these are the most knowledgeable, helpful and economical. As a contractor I have seen and heard it all. The Boat Lift Store is no nonsense customer oriented company.....thanks again for solving my problems jt

horrible experience . no return phone calls after going to there location and tried to buy product to be ordered tried several times by phone to make this purchase but no one would call me do yourself a favor and dont do business with this joke of a business
