        If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. Another customer and we waited for almost an hour for someone to show up so we could get a U-Haul trailer. The store was closed, and no one ever answered when we tried to call. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking perhaps they were running late. We ended up canceling the reservation we had and scrambling to finally find the trailer size we needed. DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS TO GET A U-HAUL HERE. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. Apparently this is a common occurrence. We ended up being two hours behind schedule because we had to search for a trailer. I cannot believe that U-Haul continues to allow their name to be associated with this disreputable business. I say again: DO NOT BOOK A U-HAUL RESERVATION AT THIS STORE.
