        Checked in online, got to the clinic within 20 minutes of the were ready text, but I waited more than 45 minutes in the waiting room and not a single person was called back. Cancelled my visit and left. Thats ridiculous, what a waste of time.

        We had a wonderful experience today! Registration was quick and easy. The staff was nothing short of amazing! Thankful for a facility like this in our area with such great staff!

        I went in today for the second time this week for very different needs. I always get efficient, thorough care and feel I have been given the treatment or assessment I needed. The staff is kind, professional and listens. Im very happy we have this much needed clinic in our area.

        Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out on a Sunday morning with (what I feel was) an accurate diagnosis. I highly recommend MainStreet Family Care as they don't seem like "doc-in-a-box"... they really actually care!
