        I'm satisfied with the customer service that called me she was very nice and gave me some discounts but when I went to our local budget to talk to him about picking up my truck they quoted me a different price than what she had called me and they also told me that there will be nobody there to hook the thing that you tow your car on up for me and I'm disabled and I can't hook it up myself so I had to go to U-Haul

        Worse experience ever. We reserved a 15 foot truck in Dothan Alabama for daughter's one way move to Georgia, get there to pick it up and the place is closed. We call them and Budget says they will look for another location and call back in 2 hours! We call around ourselves and nothing available. Ended up calling Uhaul and their Corp location searched around and found us a 20 foot for less and was very helpful customer service. Will not be calling on Budget again.
