        The owner Ken is absolute trash and doesnt have a lick of humanity in him straight up fake as they come let me go bc I called out one day and then had the employees stack my tools by the door the employees stole over half my tools that I bought with my money terrible place to do business and to work for bunch of spineless cowards

Furthermore, they do this while providing a great work environment for their employees. Treating them better than other companies I've experienced. From providing any needed tools, to vacation time their first year, and competitive pay. Dothan Steel is the best in the business!
