Mrs. Fauzia Qureshi was so incredibly helpful to my family and I during this experience. From day one, she was more than willing to show us a variety of homes until we found one that was a perfect fit for us. The process took a little longer than anticipated but that was out of everyone's hands but Fauzia kept us updated at every turn with phone calls, emails, and text messages. She took care of us until the very end and we were so lucky to have had her through this entire experience.

Wendy is so sweet and helped us every step of the way with buying our first home! We had a few issues with the house and she helped negotiate with the seller for a very fair compromise on repairs. After closing, she still stuck around and helped us with anything we needed. If youre looking for a realtor that will go above and beyond to help you get a house, definitely call Wendy!

When I picked Tim and Laura Vierkandt to help me find a new house in Dothan I did so because my best friend recommended them. Now Im a true fan of this husband and wife team with my own highest recommendation! They were not only my agents but acted more like my partners in finding a home for my family. By the end of the process they had also become my friends. They were just what I needed since I had the daunting task of house hunting without help from my family who had to stay in Virginia due to work commitments. Tim and Laura are very knowledgeable professionals and know the real estate market in the Dothan area well. They are also fun, personable, empathetic, encouraging and extremely responsive! There were several days when I was frustrated and wanting to give up but they were always able to get me back on track with patience and positivity. I called them A LOT but was never made to feel annoying or needy (even if I more than likely was sometimes). Thanks to them I did find a great house after a few weeks of looking at many. I have written several Google reviews in the past. Some good and some not so good, but anything I have written has been completely truthful based on my own experiences. Personally I read reviews for most anything if possible because I like to make informed decisions. Of course I take some of what is written with a grain of salt and I also do other types of research. I had a wonderful experience with Tim and Laura and would use them again with no hesitation. I hope what I have written in this review helps someone else make their own informed decision when choosing a real estate agent.
