I believe all of these 5 star ratings are fake. Bill Robison is a fake. He took my brother's money and made a lot of promises and delivered nothing. He was arrested this week by the Dothan Police Department for defrauding 4 people. More and more people are now calling to say they paid him big money only to receive nothing from him. I won't have to worry about anyone else hiring him. At least for a little while. Because Bill is going to be in prison for a while. Thank God. Hopefully, he'll meet Big Mike in jail.

If I could get 0, I would. This investigator Bill did nothing. I hired him a year ago and still have yet to see any evidence of anything. The only thing I have gotten was one picture showing he went by the persons house that I hired him for. He did not even realize they had three vehicles because of how little he went there. I never got any updates unless I called him myself and even then it was always the same thing. Ive been doing this for so and so years and there isnt one person I havent caught. If theres something to find, well get them blah blah blah. Thats literally all it was. Reassuring me so he could go more weeks doing nothing. He tried to tell me he found something, but had no evidence. He wouldnt give me a refund because his guys have to be paid for the work theyve done. When asked for proof of the work, he said he didnt have anything to show me. I spent 3000$ on this for the safety of my son and he did absolutely nothing. I am a single mom trying to get my money together to pay him to protect my son. This biggest waste of money ever. All he does is talk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Scam stay away !! He will take thousands of dollars from you and never show u proof of anything..has same story with everyone ..Do Not give your money to this crook

Bill Robison and his crew are exceptionally skilled and effective investigators. They will put out a lot of effort to locate your loved one; they won't just offer you an answer out of thin air. Bill is affable, trustworthy, and upfront about what he believes to be the best course of action.
