Sometimes in life you have to seek out the best professionals to find the best service and results available & from what I have discovered, Terminix is the Best and only solution for me(now) for Termite Control and *Protection. I was not in a rush to really look around for this service until I discovered that I already had (potentially) an Available Contract Bond for Termites Control for this new house. I kept getting these notices on my front door and then an occasional letter (typed out to the wrong person - previous Owner) and it told me that I could move it over to me - yet I never was told anything of the sort from the builder a year ago. And over the past year, I noticed *ZERO* treatment of any sort, so it seemed like a scam to me. That company was TABOR. I also discovered that they charge someone else I know, $300 per year on the renewal & it does not sound like much of a treatment. Anyway, to make a long story short, after doing my homework, and finding out how much work that Terminix does upfront, and the fact that they *GUARANTEE* the work via a Termite Bond(& others may not really guarantee anthing), that if any damage occurs after from Termites, then the only one liable to fix it, is them(Terminix), not you. Also, everyone I met, from David in the beginning, who was most professional and courteous and very quick at getting things done - my whole service was completed within a few days, within everything signed by me, to inspected by someone completely else, from those installing the Bait traps around the house. Those doing the install were professional and very fast, knowing exactly what they were doing and how to best install everything and where. The inspector was very intelligent and told me so much about termites and the protection that Terminix provides, to even what termites eat and where they go, to many things I did not even know. It was very educational and interesting. Back to David, who is a top notch Professional and apparently a good Christian man who truly cares about people. If you have time you can find out more about that if you meet him. But for those not interested dont worry, he is very respectful of everyone and your opinion I bet. So many nice people around here, its awesome to meet a team of professionals like I dealt with, as those from Terminix. So, with them you get a guarantee from their service which can be a great investment, whether you plan to sell your home within 10 years, or remain there for life. You may have to pay a bit more up front, but well worth it, and the renewal fee is very close to the competition, many of which is about as good a treatment as you might find at a bag at HD.ha. You get the idea I bet. Hope so. Thanks again Terminix!
