Jay Timmerman and the team did a fantastic job restoring, repairing, and painting our pool deck area. The lattice work above the pool needed to be completely restored, removing rotting wood and rebuilding the unit then re-staining it. The pool deck needed some crack repairs before painting the entire deck in two colors. Jay and the team were great to work with and completed the project on time and in budget. They moved and replaced the deck furniture. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend these folks.

JT Creations just completed a handicap shower for my disabled veteran husband. I would like to highly recommend his company. He was the only contractor we contacted willing to deal with the VA, and all the necessary paperwork involved in a grant. Jay, and all his crew were professional and courteous. I especially appreciated the way he came with the workers and introduced them at each step of the project. He was extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond what I expected. The shower was done in a timely manner, which was important to me. JT Creations made this a positive remodeling experience. The next project we plan I will definitely be contacting JT Creations because I can rest assured I'll get a good result!

Picture it, youre doing the speed limit in a SCHOOL ZONE and a work truck with J.T. Creations written across it gets directly behind you so close if you lightly press your brakes the truck will SMASH into you. You decide to make a right turn to get out of the trucks way and as youre turning the driver LAYS on the horn nearly running you off the road. Well that was my experience with JT Creations. So, if you are considering this business take heed because if the owners believe they have the right to act in such an unprofessional and HAZARDOUS manner in a SCHOOL ZONE, how do you think they will behave when you disagree or critique their work if you contract them. To be this RECKLESS in a SCHOOL ZONE and you have your COMPANY NAME on the truck shows how asinine this company truly is and how they care more about themselves than children and of course their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They had to return a second time to repaint two walls because they trimmed with the wrong paint. Instead of rolling the paint they brushed both walls. Now I am paying twice for someone else to hopefully fix this mess. Update - even after repainting it, one wall is so bad that it has to be entirely skim coated and then repainted yet again. Cost for new painter to repaint two walls - $300. Cost to skim coat one wall and repaint with two coats because the repainting did not fix it - $950. RESPONSE TO JAY - the issue was using a brush for the entire wall instead of cutting it in with a brush and then rolling it. When you rolled the walls the first time they both looked fine, except for the trim work done with the wrong paint. If you wanted or needed different paint the second time around it was YOUR responsibility to say so, since you are SUPPOSED to be the professional. This was clearly 'operator error', not the paint.
