I dont go to this salon regularly but they were able to fit me in yesterday at 4:00 for a last minute pedicure. Roughest pedicure Ive ever had. The older woman who did it scrubbed my toenails so hard with a small scrubber brush they began to bleed and now I have little sores on the cuticle area. I could tell she didnt understand me when I was trying to ask her to be softer because she smiled at me and nodded yes. Paint job and shaping as you can see in the picture is unimpressive. The facility is clean but the polish options werent great, most colors I liked were all dried out. I dont want to hurt this business with a bad review but I also want to forewarn the next customer who get this woman as their technician. My toes hurt today.
