Pros: clean and friendly staff

Cons: Where do I begin? I paid $110 for a so-called gel manicure and gel pedicure. What we received was a botched manicure (if you want to even call it that) and crummy pedicure. Nails were barely filed on hands. Nails weren't filed at all on feet. There's no uniform shape to the nails whatsoever. The previous polish was only half-way removed as you can still see it on the side of my nails. Nails were never soaked. Cuticles weren't touched on hands or feet. Lotion was not applied to hands. Feet were half-way scrubbed. We supposedly both received gel polish, but as you can see from the pictures it started rubbing off the thumb just 20 minutes after leaving the salon. We even went back to have the thumb nail repaired and now the nail that was repaired looks worse than it did before we left the first time. Now, polish is rubbing off on the other nails! Gel polish should NOT rub off like this!! The paint job looks like my 5-year-old did it with her eyes closed. What a waste of money and time!

Bottom line - if you want to save yourself a lot of money, time, and frustration do not go to Fancy Nails. What a joke and rip-off!
