That Ron Spade is the best sales person I ever met

We took delivery of our new home in October. The buying process was a breeze. My wife sat down with Ron Spade and changed the floor plan over and over. After the all the changes were made, the home was here 6 weeks later just like they said it would be. The sight guys were beyond great. After the house was placed there was a craftsman here a week fixing every little detail. A week into moving in I see a little water leak under the house. I called Ron and even with him being home sick he had a man here and it was fixed the next morning. Two months in the house I see the furnace runs around 7 minutes every hour. This place is well insulated. I would recommend Ron Spade and Regional Homes to any home buyer.

Recently purchased a Winston Haley home from Regional of Dothan I cannot say enough about Ron Spade he follows through and knows the business. We appreciate you Ron for handling our deal like a professional hard to find these days.
