        Vegetarian options: We had veggie, noodles, rice, chicken & shrimp. Everything was good,, except shrimp and chicken seems like it just came out of refridge- hard and over cooked.

        I got some food from this restaurant yesterday. First is the bao buns, it was not the right consistency. It's like a deflated bread though the pork belly is savory and cucumber cuts the fatty taste with a refreshing cleanse. The takoyaki balls are addicting but the octopus is so chewy. Broth from tonkotsu is salty and less flavor. Noodles are kinda chewy. It's a disappointment since Asian would like and really hunger for Asian meals. The ambience and the way to order is great. Just the flavor is less. Maybe you can really boil some beef bones or pork bones for hours because that is the key to a great ramen.
