I'm an Uber driver and I was picking up a customers order the member of the jacks team named Brittany was there with a man who was deaf she was very patient waiting for him to write down his order so he could pay. At no time at all did she act like it was a waste of her time she was smiling at him the whole time. That is what true customer service looks like and I hope Brittany never loses that quality because that kind of service keeps customers coming back.

Employees are always talking , while you are waiting for them to get your order .very flippant and slower that molasses on a winter day...food was bland as well

Good breakfast but lunch can improve. I personally suggest not going during lunch time. Customer service can be better
