I called and was able to get a same day appointment. Everyone was very nice and the N.P. we saw took his time to answer all of our questions.

Have loved this faculty since my first born every one is very friendly and helpful and I am very satisfied with their performance keep up the great job

I was scheduled to see Dr. DeLong at 8:50, I checked in at 8:41. It is currently 10:04 and I have still not been called back. Im extremely frustrated seeing multiple people be check in after me and be called back and then leave before I even get called back. Its very unprofessional and I would reschedule except that Ive already wasted almost an hour and a half here and I dont want to come back. I talked to the front desk twice. Once at 30 minutes past my appointment and an hour after my appointment. Both times they said sorry, youre next. Its sick season. Im very very frustrated and will not be seeing dr Delong after today. Terrible service and no communication

This is a great place to go if your kid is 100% healthy and need to simply document growth. They have zero care nor ability to address any real concern and, in the case of Dr. Tamburin, are incredibly rude, thoughtless, and lazy. I have even spoken with colleagues and past patients of this Tamburin who have had incredibly poor interactions with this man. The level of absolute ignorance demonstrated by this man who possesses a PhD is staggering. If "doesn't care" could be distilled down into a single personification, Tamburin would be it's personification. ONE STAR. If I could singularly close the clinic myself, I would.
