My family would always get take out from here and loved it. The last several times we got food it was not the same. Hibatchi Joe wasnt cooking it those times and the hired cooks just dont make it the same. We are totally turned off from eating there now unless we know he is cooking that day.

I called 4 hours ahead to order a party pack. I let them know what time I needed my food ready, they told me that wasnt a problem. I arrived at the time that I told them, my food was not yet prepared, they acted like they didnt even know we had called ahead, they also werent sure of our order. They told us it would be a wait on the food. We ended up waiting 20 minutes. They werent apologetic whatsoever. The food was overpriced, I paid $130 for food that wasnt freshly made. People who ordered right in front of us received their food before we did. The server who helped us was named Sindey.
