        If I could give lower I would. This company is nothing but NEGLECT. My family member was SUFFERING. In constant pain and screaming for help. We called multiple times and were only met with questions not immediate help. The help was wiping his butt once a day for 10 minutes. When we said he was in pain they just said he has dementia and its pretend. They gave NO medication for comfort. The nurses repeatedly told sensitive family members that we should just ignore his calling and pain because hes dying. I am SO glad he is not under the care of this joke of a hospice anymore. Our family is forever scarred by watching this group TORTURE our family member for days. I am so sorry to any other family that has had to endure this!!!

        This is the most in my life I seen incompetent workers ever!!! The Clinical Management Clara needs to take a course on customer service skills. Lori the Admin is a liar also Catina, Ty the lazy home health aide. Mom was neglected under their care, it took a week for the home health to assist our family. We were told she was in a car accident but not once the agency fill her spot with someone else ( like any other agencies have offer). We are pursuing father actions because this is not only acceptable also Negligence. There are few more complaints about this agency. They all are big liars!!!!! Please do not allow your family member/s experience such cruelty!!!!
