Absolutely HORRENDOUSLY managed by Stacy and subpar care from her caregivers! Stacy plays favorites with her caregiver employees and does not at all cater to the needs of her client. They need to be shut down. Disgusting.

SUNBRIDGE, IS NOT RELIABLE, THEY NEVER HAVE ENOUGH CAREGIVERS, IVE HAD CAREGIVERS FORGED MY NAME ON THERE WORK ORDERS AND WHEN YOU TELL THE OWNERS THEY BELIEVE THE CAREGIVERS OVER CLIENTS. IVE HAD CAREGIVERS COME TO MY HOME AND THEN JUST LEAVE, SAY THEY ARE COMING BACK BUT NVER DO .THE CAREGIVERS DONT WANT TO WORK, THEY COME IN AND DO A SLOPPY JOB. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE OFFICE DONT CARE HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS. THEY WHERE VERY RUDE AND TALKED VERY VERY MEAN TO ME. If your caregiver isn't coming that day they don't call and tell the client they are not coming and they never send a substitute. SARCOA ISNT DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. EVEN THOUGH YOU TELL SARCOA ABOUT IT.SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE they ALSO TALK TO ME LIKE A DOG. SOMEONE NEEDS TO.INVESTIGATE THIS PLACE. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
