Sunbelt Rentals

Shady business owner. Will not hold up to their end of their word. They asked if I would repair a cracked hydraulic line to save their service man a trip to me and that they would make it right. I replaced the hydraulic line and they did not compensate me as they said they would. After several spending over $12,000 in rentals in past, calls and almost 3 months time has gone by since the issue I've decided to leave it alone, part ways and take my business elsewhere.

Rented a 34 ft boom lift legs stopped working said it would be 30 minutes to send someone. So I called back and informed them that I would just bring it back not send anyone they said ok. I pulled up a gentleman outside got an attitude with me because he just sent out a mechanic out ( bad communication on their part) no one ever apologized for their equipment no one offered more time or money back nothing!! I had a job with a deadline that could not be carried out due to wasting half a day trying to get the equipment to work. Very dissatisfied!
