Manager Mike gets a zero for deceptive sales practices. 9 years of dealing with people and he stands out of the crowd as someone that will say anything to get a sale. Once you sign the lease he has no intention of honoring any verbal agreements. The entire brand name Kyocera will forever be burned in my mind as a $11,000+/ 5 Year mistake. Get it in writing! End of lease? That's another type of misery they won't tell you about. You'll pay dearly for that as well to return it+ freight. The only redeeming quality is the Service staff and technicians, they are excellent.

Stay away!! Mike is very convincing and seems trustworthy when he is volunteering information about his relationship with his church. I learned the hard way, I was paying $200 a month for just the copier not including service for 5 years and I was told that doing a fair market lease that I could buy the machine for somewhere around $500-$1000 at the end of the lease but I found out the hard way that it turned out to be $2200 dollars and if I didnt want to do that I could just send the machine back and that cost me $500 dollars for shipping. Be aware!
