They have a large assortment of appliances and have been in business for a long time. Price shop Lowes first to see if they are competitive. I was not very impressed with the customer service. They will deliver, install and pickup your old appliances for $60. Very good selection of stainless appliances. Highly recommended to support local businesses but beware they are not a discount store.

I recently made my first purchase from Brackin because of all the good reviews and was not disappointed. I was on my lunch hour (in a rush) and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. My over the range microwave was at a super price (better than the box store across the street) and they called the installer and scheduled the install right there while I waited. Their installer is wonderful! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and even programmed the clock for me before he left. I will definitely be making future appliance purchases from Brackin!

A great selection. Prices pretty much match those of big box giants. Expect delays. If you're busy working make sure you get exact information regarding delivery and installation dates otherwise you'll hear, "Your order is on its way and should be here soon." Or "Your order is here, but it's still on the truck. We'll get it out to you as soon as we're able." That southern charm just doesn't cut the mustard when you work and have your own schedule to keep. Other than that I highly recommend the store.

We love our GE Cafe Appliances Megan helped us order. They are stunning, and the service provided to make sure we received rebates was great. Great communication and updates when each piece was estimated to arrive. Fully recommend.
