        Seems like all the bad reviews here are about the receptionist. I went to their office because a close friend had spoken very highly of Mr. MccAllister. I handed my paperwork in almost nine weeks ago. I have called to check in several times, only to be cut off by the receptionist very abruptly in the middle of every sentence. Tax season is in full swing, but I would imagine my taxes would have been even started in the past nine weeks. Nothing. All calls made it sound like I was a nuisance. I went over to collect my documents and not even a word of apology for wasting my time. Mr. MccAllister might be the best tax guy in the city, if that, but his office's treatment of customers is absolutely trash. And the receptionist is 99% the cause of the problem. 0/10 would not recommend, especially if you're looking to be a new client.
