My experience with the internet service has been great compared to the service I had with AT&T for over ten years. The installation at my home and church has made a major improvement in my internet service. Every time I've gone to the business, the customer service has been GREAT. When calling for assistance on the phone I am always greeted with respect and the customer service has been awesome.

You guys have some horrible customer service. We came in to switch out the box as instructed by Rachel. Then the front desk lady becomes very aggressive saying No! Were coming out tomorrow! Screaming at us like we dont belong here. Then Rachel finally came over and told her that we were in the right. You guys are, seemingly, a family owned cable company, which i would think the customer service would be better. Please keep your front desk guard dog lady on a leash and teach her to behave in a professional manner. I wonder if HughesNet in Demopolis has better service.

Literally the worst. I have had so many times where I have needed the internet and it just cuts out. They are so unhelpful. Internet goes out in the whole town after hours and no one else :). Literally do WHATEVER you have to do to not use them.
