The whole process could not have been easier, I was a little nervous coming from 5 hours away especially with the best price I could find anywhere on the NoBo I was wanting but let me tell you, they did everything they said and the process was quick and easy. I am a happy camper and a special thanks to Marcus, just ask for him and the rest of the team will make sure everything falls right into place!

Our purchasing experience was great in November of 2020. However, after noticing a problem with an installation that took place at the Cullman, AL dealership Im being ignored. While washing our camper I noticed two spots that looked to be delaminated. Upon closer inspection, our slide topper was installed upside down and is pulling away from the side of the camper and allowing water to leak in the gap. The slide topper was installed at the dealership prior to picking up the unit. The incorrect installation has caused the problem but my calls and e-mails are going unanswered. I got one response via email when I first notified Johnston Rv of the problem. Since then, Ive gotten nothing. I called today and asked for a manager and was told hes busy and I left my name and number. Once again, nothing. So much for this big warranty they advertise; they wont even own up to their own mistakes.
