The realtor was very knowledgeable of her job and made suggestions to me about things to better sell my house and me in the loop about things about the house and was very helpful easy to work with great personality. I would recommend her to anyone.

Shawn Garth was amazing !! When we first met with her she stated (I wont show you something I wouldnt live in myself) and that meant a lot to my fianc and I. Shawn was very quick responding and setting up times for us to view houses we would send to her. We worked patiently with her for 8 months until Shawn found us our forever home to raise our children in ! Called Ms Garth about some property that we needed to sell. Ms. Garth got the information from us. Within two days she sent a picture to me informing she she was on the property. She save me a trip of 300 miles. We were very please. Everytime that I speak with her concerning the property, she has a smile and the conversation is always professional. I would recommend her service to everyone.
