Dr. Kantameni is an excellent physician. I worked with him for 17 years at Decatur General. He took wonderful care of my nephew. He is caring and professional. I work in Huntsville and still drove to Decatur to use him.

I loved my visit to Dr. Kantamneni's office, though only met with this NP Julie! I truly admired and loved how all were polite and friendly to me. Love how Julie broke down details of what to keep in mind foodwise and lifestyle wise with side-effects of an OTC to watch out for if take too much and love how she didn't push an endoscopy on me while explaining. Really love Julie's patience despite all my concerns.

He has been my GI dr for over 20 years! He has gotten me through some pretty rough sick sick times in my life! I cannot say enough or explain enough how highly I think of him! His knowledge and education on the GI system is far beyond any GI dr I have ever talked to. If you listen to him and do exactly what he tells you to do, I promise you will get better! I am proof!! His nurse Charlotte is heaven sent! She is the best nurse I have ever had! I love them both so dearly and I highly recommend everyone to see him and use him for your GI dr! Dont be alarmed if he doesnt spend a whole lot time with you or talk alot..remember you are there to get well and for his knowledge not talk about the weather.
