I love coming in to EyeCare Associates in Decatur. I have been a patient with Dr. Potter for 10 years now and both my children come here also. The technology is fascinating and allows for a more precise eye exam for my Littles. The front desk staff are always polite and have also been with Dr. Potter for some time. They are always up to date with my information. Samantha is one of the associates who assist with getting glasses ordered and insurance in place. She was extremely helpful to me both with Eliza who is 4 and about had a fit because we couldn't leave with the display eyeware while we waited for hers to come. Samantha has also helped when there was a mistake with my new VSP insurance policy; she called and was able to get it straightened out on my behalf while Mila and I were having our exams done. I'm not sure of who the lady's name is that assisted us in getting prepared for Dr. Potter on March 27, but she was super encouraging to Mila's curiosity which also increased her interest in learning more about corrective lenses. We are very thankful to the staff as they are always patient, kind and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you, Dr. Potter and for your team at EyeCare Associates in Decatur.
