        Would have gave them a zero but you can't. Had an appointment but the day before I crushed my foot and hardly could tolerate going to Drs. Misses the lab and could not go to lab before CPRN visit. When I got there on the date of appointment I was told my appointment was cancelled. Then they lied and told me that I told them to cancel and reschedule it. I am very disappointed in this establishment since ClearView took over. I can stand a lot of things but then lying and say it's all me, NO. Im old but still have a mind. Done

        Before Dr Lobo merged with Clearview, this place was great. But once Clearview came it has steadily gotten worse and worse. I can no longer have my appointments at the time of day I NEED them, making it so hard for me to get there. They change my appointment times, and my healthcare provider without telling me first. And way overbook for the same appointment times. The wait times have gotten ridiculous. Last few times Ive gone in, its been at least a 2 hour wait. (Past my appointment time!) Im totally exhausted by the time I get out of there. We are herded through like a bunch of cattle now, there is nothing personal about any aspect of the care now. Just my opinion, but since Clearview took over they have added so much stress to patients already going through such intensely stressful illnesses. Its very unfortunate that theyve taken what was at one time a great practice, and turned it into a cold assembly line, thats takes all choices away from the patients.
