        The nurse practitioner there is awful. She never follows up on anything. She is really dismissive. When Dr. Luckie left it went way down hill. She doesn't seem to care.

        Very difficult to obtain approp. medications. Office visit on Monday, still no approp. meds on Thursday afternoon.

        Information on website is wrong! They do NOT open at 7:30am and they do NOT take walk-ins. Ive been a patient at this location for 4 years. I was sitting in the parking lot with an extreme ear ache at 7:15am to be the first in when they opened at 7:30 as posted on their website. They finally unlocked the door at 7:45 and then told me they arent taking walk-ins. In the meantime my ear drum burst. Had to go to an urgent care but Im 14th in line to be seen because I went to Ivy Creek Holtville first.
