Greg was impressively timely with our home inspection. He absolutely exceeded our expectations from the beginning and provided meticulous detail with his report. The inspection report was descriptive and concise with all of the information necessary to make this step in the purchasing process very simple for us. I wouldnt recommend anyone else if you want integrity and expertise from a home inspector.

My husband and I were extremely impressed by the ethic, level of professionalism, and customer-focus that On the Level Home Inspections LLC (Mr. Nelson) had when inspecting our prospective home. If I can boil down our experience into a short phrase it would be: Mr. Nelsons attention to detail helped prevent us from a catastrophic purchase/home investment. We were very much amazed at the superficial glitz and glamor with this home and he really saw past all of the façade and got into the house. Truly no corner was left unturned. He even went into the crawl space and identified areas which would need additional specialized assessments (foundation) in addition to roof issues. He provided over a 70-page product with his observations---and each observation in our minds equated to additional cost. We were not able to attend the inspection unfortunately, but he used high-quality technology to provide precise and very clear photos of all of his statements and observations. He and our agent worked together and via live-feed, he was able to walk through the house and point out his critical observations. He was also extremely quick in his delivery of providing a report (we received it back within 24 hours). Finally, Mr. Nelson was responsive to my initial reach out. My initial request for information was on Super Bowl Sunday! That really impressed my husband and I, and we were extremely happy to work with him. All in all, I am glad that we took the time to research and find On The Level Home Inspections (Mr. Nelson). He has the eye and the passion for assisting his clients and seeing past the façade.

My wife and I contacted Greg Nelson at On The Level Home Inspections to inspect a home we plan to purchase. Greg worked around my work schedule to set up a time where I could go through the inspection with him and discuss the issues that he found. He was also able to answer all my questions concerning severity of any issues and even had some do it yourself suggestions for some of the minor issues. Greg also pointed out some components of the home that will provide extra convenience and some that were upgrades at the time of construction that would go unnoticed to someone like myself. My wife and I were both comfortable asking questions about everything and were impressed with the professional service Greg provided. Our report was thorough, understandable, and delivered in a very timely manner. In addition to a great home inspection, Greg took extra precautions to protect us, the sellers, and himself during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Greg and i discussed my home inspection and the details as my home was for sale by owner. He beat me to the house and encouraged me to be there with him as he inspected the home in case i had any questions or if he needed to explain anything. Everything i wanted checked he checked and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of residential code. He had a Flir camera so we looked for hot spots on electrical, weatherproofing and windows. He had a moisture detector so any suspicious spots were checked. Thankfully no moisture! He made recommendations on some upgrades i could do after the house was bought to be more energy efficient and thoroughly went the the home too to bottom. I am thankful that i chose On the Level as previous inspectors Ive used wanted to be left alone, almost as if i was bothering them asking for my inspection results. Not with on the level. Greg has a very quick turn around. I will fully recommend him to everyone who ask me. I will definitely use him in the future. He made home buying fun. I know a inspection can be the stressful part. We were in the house around 1-1/2 hours but seemed like minutes. Use On the level. You wont regret it !!
